Department of Geosciences, National Taiwan University

The Department of Geosciences at NTU is one of the four founding departments of the College of Science. It focuses on regional and local geological research and is actively transforming to address climate change and resource demands. The department is developing expertise in areas such as climate change, geological hazards, earthquake early warning systems, and new energy exploration, while continuing to deepen traditional geological studies. It also maintains close collaborations with international academic institutions to drive innovation.
